Service description

Profitlee provides ecommerce profit calculators, saved scenarios, exports, API access, and supporting resources for sellers. Calculations are estimates based on the inputs you provide and the fee assumptions available to Profitlee. Always verify with your marketplace's official fee schedule, tax adviser, accountant, or other qualified professional before committing inventory or making business decisions.

Acceptable use

• You may not scrape, overload, interfere with, or abuse the service.
• You may not reverse-engineer, bypass access controls, or attempt to defeat rate limits.
• You may not upload malicious code, probe security, or use Profitlee for unlawful activity.
• You may not resell Profitlee's data, calculations, or compiled fee tables as your own rate source.
• You may not present Profitlee outputs as official tax, legal, accounting, or marketplace advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for your login and any activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your credentials secure.

Intellectual property

Profitlee, including its interface, calculations, copy, and supporting materials, belongs to Profitlee or its licensors. Amazon, the Amazon logo, TikTok, and the TikTok Shop logo are trademarks of their respective owners. Profitlee is an independent calculator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or ByteDance Ltd.

User content and saved scenarios

You keep ownership of the product data, scenario names, calculator inputs, feedback, and other content you provide. You give Profitlee permission to host, process, copy, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit the information you enter into Profitlee.

Subscriptions & cancellation

Applies once paid plans launch.

Paid plans will be auto-renewing. You may cancel anytime from Account. Cancellation stops future charges, and Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, tax, invoicing, and receipts. Prices, features, billing intervals, and taxes will be shown at checkout. If prices materially change for an existing subscription, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users before the change applies.

Disclaimers

Profitlee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation. We do not guarantee that calculations, marketplace fee assumptions, tax assumptions, import-duty estimates, or exports are complete, current, or suitable for your particular business.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profitlee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, inventory losses, marketplace penalties, or business decisions made using the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Profitlee for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you did not pay Profitlee. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to the service/terms

We may change the service or these terms as the product evolves. If a change materially affects your use of Profitlee, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Updated terms apply when posted, unless a later effective date is stated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived, the courts located in Taiwan will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to Profitlee. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally.
